Edinburgh Carnival 2024 Tacoma. The edinburgh festival carnival returns with music, dance, costumes, circus acrobatics and puppetry from all over the world on 17th july as part of the edinburgh jazz festival. The annual edinburgh festival carnival takes place every july at the start of the jazz festival in princes street gardens.
Throughout the afternoon, 750 local and international artists will parade and perform throughout west princes street gardens, with performances from kalentura drums. The largest multicultural town celebration, edinburgh festival carnival, runs every year on the first sunday of the edinburgh jazz & blues festival.
